Perfect choice
I have been a tenant for over 4 years and during that time I have always had prompt, friendly and efficient service from all the staff. I have found the staff particularly helpful when arranging for repairs and access for repair men. This has always been sorted out while I’ve been at work so that I have had minimum inconvenience and disruption. The house checks too have always been carried out while I have been at work so I haven’t had to take any leave. Thank you to the staff and well done.
Perfect choice
As a local (Hamilton) landlord I did not have the best experience using some Letting Agents. However, since joining your agency I have had the minimum of trouble. You process the prospective tenants, including reference checks etc. Any repairs and queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and I am sorry that I did not use you initially when I started out letting my property. The staff are helpful, efficient and always prompt to answer any questions. I have recommended you to all my friends who have a property to let and will continue to do so.
